Mountain Guitar is the result of a life long dream of Glen DeRusha's. Growing up
in Cloquet, Minnesota, he loved to play guitar. He also loved to build things
with wood. He worked for years crafting furniture and cabinets for other people.
Glen attended Roberto-Venn School of Luthiery in Phoenix, AZ. There he
learned the skills and techniques required for building guitars. He also
attended the The Chimney Violin workshops in Tucson. After several years of
restoration and repair work, he was ready to start building.
